The GSMA mWomen Programme is a global public-private partnership between the worldwide mobile industry and the international development community designed to accelerate adoption of mobile services and provide life-changing services for women in the developing world.

The purpose of the mWomen Deployment Tracker is to create a hub for gender and mobile projects around the world, encouraging collaboration and shared learnings. All registered users of www.mwomen.org are encouraged to showcase their own initiative and share with the entire mWomen community. To register, click here.

The red bubbles indicate that one or more mWomen initiatives have been launched in a particular country. Click on the bubble for a list of live deployments and corresponding details, including population, mobile penetration, and gender gap data. The white bubbles represent countries where deployments have yet to be launched.
